Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MH Tech Solutions' website and services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

MH Tech Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), Google Ads management, website design and development, social media marketing, AI chatbot development, and workflow automation. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

2. Google Ads Management

When engaging MH Tech Solutions for Google Ads management:

• The client provides MH Tech Solutions with authorised access to their Google Ads account
• The client retains full ownership of their Google Ads account, campaigns, data and billing
• MH Tech Solutions acts as an authorised manager operating within Google's policies
• MH Tech Solutions uses the Google Ads API to manage campaigns on behalf of clients
• Ad spend is billed directly to the client's payment method — separate from MH Tech Solutions' management fee
• Either party may terminate the management arrangement with 30 days' written notice

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information, assets and account access required for service delivery
• Timely payment of agreed fees
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring their business complies with all relevant laws and platform policies
• Maintaining their own Google Ads billing and ensuring sufficient budget

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally: setup fees are due before work commences; monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance; project fees may be split into milestone payments. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them (websites, content, ad copy). MH Tech Solutions retains rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies and any pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, client data, campaign data or business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

MH Tech Solutions is not liable for: indirect or consequential damages; Google Ads policy changes or account suspensions outside our control; search engine algorithm changes affecting rankings; results that depend on factors outside our control (seasonality, market conditions, client website issues).

8. Results Disclaimer

While we work hard to achieve the best results for every client, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including competition, market conditions and client budget. We commit to best-practice execution and transparent reporting.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client retains full access and ownership of all their digital accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, website). All client data will be returned or deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
