Low Conversions Poor layout and incomplete funnel flow resulted in drop-offs.

Underperforming SEO Keyword stuffing with AI blogs and weak on-page SEO. Merchant Center Issues Multiple product feed and policy violations. Unoptimized Google Ads Setup Inefficient bidding and weak conversion tracking. Solutions Delivered We rolled out a multi-phase optimization and advertising strategy: Phase 1 Migrated the website from OpenCart to WordPress/WooCommerce with custom UI/UX, improved product organization, mega menu, and mobile-first performance.

Phase 2 Recently transitioned the store from WooCommerce to Shopify to ensure better scalability, speed, security, and reliability, enhancing the user experience and backend management. SEO Strategy Implemented site-wide optimization including technical SEO, on-page enhancements, local schema, and product-level SEO. Google Ads Campaigns Launched and managed Shopping and Search ads targeting local and niche sports segments. Conversion-Focused Design Designed new homepage, banners, and product templates to boost AOV and reduce bounce rates.

Social Media & Content Created visually aligned content for promotions, new arrivals, and engagement. Solutions Delivered We delivered a purpose-built website in WordPress that addressed the core needs of ICCL: CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Redesigned homepage and key landing pages to improve flow and reduce friction. Added benefit-driven headlines, clear CTAs, trust indicators, and product bundles. Implemented scroll tracking, heatmaps, and conversion-based testing.

SEO & Content Cleanup Removed low-quality AI-generated blogs. Restructured product pages and meta data based on actual keyword search intent. Fixed broken internal links and improved anchor distribution. Optimized structured data, schema, and image ALT tags.

Google Merchant Center & Ads Fixed data feed issues including GTINs, policy mismatches, and missing attributes. Built Product Feed Ads and Search Campaigns targeting transactional keywords. Set up accurate conversion tracking with call tracking and purchase events. Monitored ROAS and refined bidding over 8 weeks for optimized cost-per-sale.
